Donnafugata's top red wine (Sicilia DOC Rosso): Nero d'Avola, complemented by Petit Verdot and Syrah, aged for twelve months in new French barriques and then matured for about two years in the bottle.

Deep ruby red, aromas of mulberry, plum, black pepper and licorice with a hint of mint and cocoa, supported by velvety tannins. Ideal with hearty meat dishes – a special gift in the wooden box.
