General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for goods placed by the customer with Tizza Stile Siciliano («da Luca – Aromi Siciliani») via the online shop www.dalucashop.ch, by e-mail, by post or by phone.
Our ordering and delivery offer and these GTC apply only to orders from and deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
We expressly reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded applies.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract between us and the customer is concluded when we send the order confirmation by e-mail or by post.
Orders are accepted subject to the availability of the goods ordered.
We only sell liqueurs, amari and spirits to persons aged 18 or over.
3. Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders are normally handed over to Swiss Post within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). If the goods ordered are not in stock, we will inform the customer by e-mail or by post.
Delivery is free of charge for orders of CHF 100.– or more. For orders below CHF 100.–, we charge a flat fee of CHF 12.– for shipping and packaging. Delivery is at the customer’s risk.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including any applicable VAT. This also applies to shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect goods already ordered.
Payment in the online shop is made in advance using the payment methods offered at checkout, in particular credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and its payment service providers. For orders by e-mail, post or phone, we will inform the customer of the available payment methods.
5. Right of withdrawal
We grant a right of withdrawal for products purchased from us. Withdrawal must be declared in writing (by letter or e-mail) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The time of sending the withdrawal is decisive for meeting the deadline.

Upon withdrawal, the purchase contract is reversed and the services received must be refunded. The goods must be returned to us without delay and in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of the return. We will refund the purchase price promptly after receiving the goods. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the amount to be refunded for damage or excessive wear.
6. Warranty
Beyond the statutory warranty rights, guarantees only apply to selected items such as coffee machines. Any guarantee and its scope are expressly stated in the respective product description.
7. Retention of title
The goods delivered remain the property of Tizza Stile Siciliano until paid in full. In the event of the customer’s bankruptcy, we are entitled to collect unpaid goods.
8. Exclusion of liability
Liability in connection with the sale of goods, including liability for auxiliary persons and for consequential damage, is excluded unless it is mandatory by law or has been agreed in writing.
9. Copyright
We retain ownership and copyright of images, texts and other content on this website, unless these belong to third parties. Any use or disclosure to third parties requires our express written consent. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or publication may be a criminal offence under the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights and may be reported.

11. Website and online shop
The website and the online shop www.dalucashop.ch are available subject to technical availability. Outages due to technical faults may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any inconvenience or failed orders resulting from this.
Customers must keep the login details of their customer account safe to prevent unwanted orders by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the misuse of login details.
12. Data protection
We treat customer data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. For details, please see our privacy policy at www.dalucashop.ch/datenschutz.
13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These GTC and all contracts are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Olten. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular for consumers, are reserved.
