Alpina is Bialetti's Moka pot dedicated to the illustrious mountain infantry corps. The Moka Alpina is an original espresso maker that faithfully replicates the Moka Express with its octagonal aluminum boiler, exclusive, easily cleaned and inspected valve, and funnel insert. However, it pays homage to the mountain infantry with a pot top reminiscent of their famous feathered hat. Alpina is available in one size and is suitable for gas and electric stoves, as well as for induction cooktops with Bialetti's adapter plate.
